my question is with which profession i can get the most gold . I heard Jewelcrafting ( because of panthers) , engineering( chopper and golem ) are good . what do you think is the best ?

the Enchanting/Tailoring combo is a gold mine but it's a lot of work and small payments but it's fast selling, as opposed to jewelcrafting which is slow to get the gold but when you get 'em you get 'em big.
Jewelcrafting is most profitable when coupled with Mining and Alchemy+herbalism as you can basically make everything on your own, but it's expensive to level and the mats (Orb of Mystery) is also expensive for a beginner in the business.
