Character stuck.

Good day,

Last year i took the quest "Battle of the Undercity" but I wasn't able to finish it in time. After the hot fixes of the server I tried the quest again but Voljin & Thrall won't move. So abandoned the quest again and tried to get it but Voljin won't respawn leaving me stuck with this quest. Can't see people in Undercity and Ogrimmar. Please help.
