can i transfer champion from aliance to horde?

hi everyone sorry if i open topic in wrong place

can i change my warrior from aliance to horde?

i am tiered already in aliance with afk bg players :/

From the website go into:
My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Points or Coins>Faction change

and how can i buy these coins and points
