Can only make ban appeal ticket

So I can only make a ban appeal ticket so I can't submit my ticket since I have no ban, I can't pick any other options to help with me issue, please help. :(

Only premium accounts have other ticket types. If you have an in-game issue you can make a support ticket in game. If you have account or website related issue you can send email to [email protected].
