Discount code

As a new year every account got some gifths including a discount code, i just noticed today that my code is gone, i even asked a gm those days, if there is a time limit to use it he said that there is no such a thing so today when i was thinking to use it i noticed that it is gone.... is there anything else hawing same problem or its just me???
