When WARMANE will have Legion expansion?

Hi today I've seen on /global people saying something about WArmane releasing Legion? Is it real , and if yes, when it will be out?

If you want to play legion, why not just play retail?
I think private servers are more for those who enjoy the older content - ehm.. before wow got ****ty.
