They didnt reset honor in the last new seasons, so most probably is that honour will remain.
What about Arena Points though? I know that they're going to be reset. Will we get Gold in return? And if yes: How much gold per Arena Point?
Last season noone got gold in return so...

I sincerely hope they´re gonna "un"reset our honor points. Otherwise it´s just #staywarmane
