I was doing quests in Booty Bay , when suddenly after finishing a quest and getting lvl 40 my reputation with Booty Bay, Gadgtzan , Ratchet and Everlook got decreased by 45605 and now i am HATED . Can't even ender the Bay .. i am getting killed by the guards....
Now the Pirates that i was killing for quests around Booty Bay are not attacking me , I am EXALTED with Bloodsail Buccaneers.

There isn't supposed to be anything that gives so much reputation Bloodsail Buccaneers so something definitely seems wrong. At this point you probably won't be able to continue leveling there. In wotlk the best way to regain reputation with goblin cities was quests in Dire Maul but you can't do that at level 40. Not sure if there is anything better in Cataclysm. But easiest solution would be leveling elsewhere now.
