Name unavailable without existing in armory.

So I've checked the armory for a name on Neltharion but there weren't a player with that name but I tried creating a character with the name but it said the name is unavailable. I don't know whether it is one of the names that cannot be used or if the person that have it is banned and the name cannot be used again.

characters below lvl 10 don't show up in the armory, so he must be below 10

Ah makes sense. Would be nice if warmane could delete or remove inactive player's name, kinda like trolling if people have good name but never play on the char.
