Hello, I am having a problem with completing the Purification of Quel'delar quest. I have done it before and when i am teleported to the Sunwell Plateau I am supposed to descend the stairs, but there is a wall of energy thats blocking the way. So I am asking for a solution.
Honestly, fastest way to resolve this would be simply opening the GM ticket. I don't know what the issue is since I've never done the quest, but there clearly is something wrong with it.
If you explain the situation, they will probably give you the quest item.
