Game Unresponsive on Start-up

Hello, I'm a new player and I'm trying to start playing on the Mists of Pandaria server here but I keep encountering an issue.

I am trying to load and play the game on a Windows 10 PC.

When I open up the game client - using Administrator mode, or normally - the game is unresponsive. If I click on the EULA to scroll to the bottom, it doesn't respond. I have to tab out and back into the game to see any effect it has. The only problem with this is I can only seem to do it twice before the game becomes completely unresponsive and I have to do a force close.

I opened the game on an old Windows 7 PC I had, and it works fine - The exact same game files and all (From portable hard-drive).

Is there any hidden things about Windows 10 that affect the game working on this server that I need to know about?

Current fix attempt list:
I've disabled all anti-virus software
I've tried to run it in multiple ways (Sandbox, Administrator, etc..)
Made WTF file "Read only"
Made WTF file not "Read only"
Ran the game from Launcher

PC with issue: (If at all applicable)
Windows 10
64x Bit
AMD FX-6300 6 core Processor
8gb RAM

I would suggest re-downloading the game although not practical. I honestly have never heard of such an incident, but it sounds like game file corruption.

Also, you shouldn't make WTF Read Only because WTF contains client-side variables that are used for configurations. If it is set as Read Only, it won't be able to update/write datas on it. Keep it as Read & Write.

Try deleting WTF folder and Cache folder entirely and give it a try. If that doesn't work, I don't know, some kind of corruption in data.

Thanks for the response, before I did that I decided to install an old version of my graphics driver to see if that made a difference, apparently it did. Working now.
