Doubt with Download
I moved to Berlin some time ago and I wanted to download the game again, but from the page here it requires me to dowload the Bittorrent and the Game torrent itself, and I am a little worried about the Illegal downloading thing here in Germany, and I don't want to get a fine for 800+ Euros for downloading the game, so if any German player that had downloaded the game throught this method could help telling me if its safe to dowload it from here

From what i've seen (briefly scimmed over info) The fine's are sent out by the company who owns the rights aka a film production company, to be 100% safe i guess internet cafe would be the route to go.
But on the otherhand i see stuff about torrents if its 'personal use' only and not redistribution, then its diff etc.
TLDR go internet cafe or a friends house and screw them.

There was a forum thread a few years ago about someone from Germany getting fine for downloading client. But since then I haven't seen anything. In any case, direct download that skullbashat linked should be safer. As far as I know only torrents are monitored and they can't monitor direct downloads unless your ISP is directly involved in that monitoring.
