Restoration Shaman Tier 16 Gear Marketplace

Hello. I had a question and was hoping to get some answers. When Siege od Orgrimmar was first released, on one of my accounts, I had purchase 4 set tier 16 along with a trinket and a weapon for my restoration shaman. Its been quite a while now since that tier 16 set bonus has been released and since the day it was released, not once was the 4 set resto tier ever fixed. Now that warmane will be releasing HC tier, I'm skeptic to donate for more coins to purchase this hc set all over again since the normal version 4 set bonus doesn't even work at all. There are numerous reports on the bugtracker yet nothing has changed. How would you go about solving this? Thanks for your time.

Yeah I was wonder too it's fair to bought bugged set normal and when hc relases ill go purchase a set again with no thing happen of bugged set and u know its via coins it's mean money ...
