Everytime i start wow, i need to accept the rules and agreement and everytime i have to change the options to what i want. It resets everytime i shut down the game and start it again.. Anyone knows how i can fix this?

Everytime i start wow, i need to accept the rules and agreement and everytime i have to change the options to what i want. It resets everytime i shut down the game and start it again.. Anyone knows how i can fix this?
Follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only".
Can't seem to be able to remove the read-only :/
