Made a mistake on a purchase from the Warmane store

Hello,

I selected the wrong character when I made a purchase with coins from the Warmane store. I opened an in game ticket describing the error and asking for the item to be sent to the correct character. Is there anything else I should be doing? And how long will it take to have a GM answer the ticket?
