Gearing up as a Tank

Hey Guys.

Just wanted to ask what the fastest way to gear up is as a tank.
I am currently sitting at 3,8k GS (Pre Raid BiS) and stopped playing as Ulduar came out. (Lordareon Server)
Just started playing again and don't how to gear up properly.

Start grinding Heroics, save your EoT, once you can buy tier pieces, do so. Also, vote everyday, and you can buy some decent gear off of the store to fill any holes you might have.

Try and run as dps in the meantime, and get whatever pieces in ToC or VoA that you can.
