Weird lag

Hi guys, goodevening. I just wanna ask, am I the only one experiencing weird lag inside the game? Like my characters suddenly goes back a few steps where I was earlier and while I'm battling an enemy suddenly I stop attacking and cant click my skills then suddenly after 3-5 seconds, thats when I can use any of my skills again. Anyone else experiencing this kind of lag? Or only me? Because I'm pretty sure my internet is still the same as it was and my connection is still the same. I already have 2 level 80 characters, and this level 70 paladin of mine is suddenly experiencing this lag and same as my other characters. Any help??? Thanks.
