Window mode

Hello everybody.
After check every possible solutions this is despairing me so bad.

Every time I open WoW, every time it launches cinematic, every time i have to accept agreement and if I change settings and put it to run in window mode that only works until I close WoW. Then I reopen and I have the same problem over and over: cinematics, agreement and, of course, no window mode... I never had this problem before. -_-

If anybody can help me with this...

Follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only".
