bug

I do not wish to have a refund, i just want my items back because i no longer have them, i still have the Wrathfull teleporter available but nothing shows up at the NPCS there i do not understand why. I payed with real money tho i'm just asking to have my items back on my character

Are you talking about AT-Wotlk/Blackrock? well, when AT and Molten Merged they said only Vip AT players could keep their donor features. So why are you surprised if your non-Vip feature does not work?

That said recently even Vip features got removed and all AT-Wotlk/Blackrock characters had their gear and pvp achievement resetted to give a fresh new start to the Realm
