Is there a way to disable the x7 xp rate?

I'm new to warmane, and so it happens I'm not used to levelling up this quickly. So was wondering if there is any way to turn the xp rate down to x1?

there isnt

You can turn xp gain off completely every so often, with these npcs:

Would accomplish pretty much the same thing.
