Can anyone confirm that the Frenzyheart Brew drop rate on warmane is as retail > like 25%~ ?

During Molten-WoW, took me several weeks and a year of a hiatus to get that Green Proto-Drake. Literally logged in after a year with an egg that was ready, and got it. Cool comeback gift.
This time it took me about 4 eggs. Fairly lucky. But that's all it is - sheer luck.

Well guys got it now; took 7 tries.
now for the realy grind - the green mount...
I farmed the green proto drake for 3 years give or take, for 5 characters.
1 took me 2 weeks
1 took me 3 or 4 month's
1 took me 5 month's
1 took me 7 month's
Last character never got it and I eventually gave up and went for the ulduar glory drakes instead.
