Hello I have another account where I have 2 step auth enabled. After I log in it asks me to visit my email and copy the code from mail. I no longer have access to the email since my email account has been deleted. I cannot log in. I wrote a ticket but still no answer. Is there any other way around this? It is a premium account and I have a bis character on it. Please help
You can make a support ticket on website or send an email to [email protected]. If you made a ticket on website then just wait til they answer. If you made a ticket in game, they won't be able to help you there.

The only other option is making a new email account with the same email address. Then you will be able to get the code and log in. If you can not do that then you will have to wait.
