Technical Ban appeal

Hello fellas,
Some one steal my account a month ago , i dont remember exactly when that happen , but he changed my pass and my email. Luckilly i reset the password right now but i found that my account is banned and i feel little bit disappointed , because i spend so much time here and that cost me also not so small ammount of money after all. So my question is can someone from your team help me to unban my account somehow , i dont know where and whit who to speak about that. Sorry for my english , but its not my matter language after all ;)
