The Troll starting zone is buggy to hell and back, it's the only bad one honestly.
Not sure how it is in Wrath, but it's terrible on Cata and MoP.
Best thing you can do is complete what you can and swim to the Sen'jin village shore and start questing there, or killing the crabs and heading to the next area.
Getting someone higher level to boost you a few levels isn't so bad of an idea either.
Report any bugs you see on the bug tracker, but they might already be up there.
Still not fixed, so sad
Its still bugged from 'Molten Wow' times... omg..
But Frostwolf is x7 exp server, so no worries about leveling ;)
