Is it somehow possible to send some of my money on my Alliance character to my Horde character?
When I try it says Target is unfriendly.. So do I need to donate or something to send it, or is it even possible to do so?

no, it is not possible to send mail to other faction.
To move money you can use Neutral AH ( Tanaris), because you can put something in sell wiht Horde Character and by it with your Ally character.
If these 2 characters are on the same account you need ask to a friend to buy the item, because you are not able to buy it
