you need to have a client torrent installed. If you alreayd have it then try a different browser, sometime Chrome gives problem
i habe u torrent and im using opera
which WoW client are you trying to download and for which OS ?
If it just aint happen, use a phone to save the torrent file and upload it in google drive etc and open it directly on your computer
