Old At Account

So I have An Old Vip account form At But i didth get all my Charrs Back when i merged With Warmane Is it possible to fix this issue Cause i am missing a few charrs on The Mop Server I do have all my Cata One's But my Mop ones are gone for a reason idk what happend or if its intentual ? .
