Key recovery

I have bought a lvl 80 character to skip the leveling part and get to the fun right away.
But there was no information that the keys the previous owner received through one-time quests would be deleted.
Now all those keys that can not be bought again are lost forever for this character, and for me - a person who likes to run dungeons of all expansion for my own pleasure and for helping out other people - this is an issue I didn't expect when buying it.
Is there a possibility to reset the quests / receive the keys somehow?
