Server policy while disconnecting during raids.

Hello. Recently had a server disconnect happen to my raid.

I wonder what the staff policies are during these types of scenarios? I mean, we logged back on and re-did it cuz we're beasts but what would happen from a staff point of view had we not kept good positivity and kept going despite the crash?
