Macro please 3.3.5

It's something simple just wanted to know the macro, let's say I'm in a battle attitude and I throw the macro and it turns me into 1 hand gun and shield and shoot the whip the power that silences the warrior, but this macro if you're in fury I do not need to change you ah gun 1 hand and shield (keeping the gun 2 hands), I saw it a lot in this forum but I will not find it again

#showtooltip [equipped:Shields] Shield Bash; Pummel
/cancelaura Bladestorm
/cast [stance:1/2,noequipped:Shields] Berserker Stance; [stance:1/2,equipped:Shields] Shield Bash; [stance:3] Pummel


I use this for pummel, it will do bash if you have 1 and shield or in def stance etc
