On wotlk all instances, battlegrounds and everything else is open (RS is not open on Lordaeron yet) but there are some bugs. The only thing missing is Ring of Valor arena as far as I know. You can check bug tracker or for class specific bugs there are threads in class forums. There are threads about reputations, quests and other things also but those probably aren't updated.
