Anyone know the time the server will be released on saturday (20th)?

Hello! Maybe Im stupid, but where to find the "server time"? I have no idea, where it is located etc...
Main page, check servers and online players. U will see :P
It looks like GMT -1 to me. Where are the servers then? Azores?
