Will quest items instantly respawn?

I'm looking forward to the dynamic respawn, it worked well on Lordaeron, but what about quest items that you need to pick up in the wild such as scrolls for example? Will they respawn instantly?

I didn't find any info regarding that, and being gated by 20 people trying to pick up the same item for a quest that has a 10 min respawn is frustrating (and useless)

idk but apparently the respawn can be dealt with on the fly if they want to

I can't answer that but I believe dynamic respawns will state both npc and items.

For instance, hogger & the underwater chests in redridge.
