Kings in every situation except when you are fighting a spellsteal-happy Mage, or when you are teamed with another Paladin that is using Kings. Imp. Blessing of Might is usually a wasted talent in PvP.
Not having the extra Crit chance from kings, aka Art of War Proc's to self heal, is the main reason kings>mightQuote:

The crit you get from Kings with a proper PvP gear set is rather negligible. It's a difference of 0.23% melee crit chance and 0.06% spell crit chance with full Wrathful armor, ring, weapon, trinket and full PvE strength off-set gear.Quote:
