Hey I would like to play my old molten account but it doesnt work here...I have tried to recover option but Im not getting any email from warmane..I cant open ticket in ''My account'' support because its only for ban appeals...

Don't expect much. I just started again, and my account was still here since I stuck around after the moltdown, but then stopped after a while, but now that i came back, my guild, all the gold and mats in it, and all my items purchased before 2015 are gone. Support basically told me that I was screwed and wouldn't do anything about it because all of that data has apparently been permanently deleted.
Same thing for me. I played in the old server and when i decide to donate...bam! the server was hacked and all the characters were lost. That was an extremally unluky things, but nothing can be done. There is no back up from the old days...
So the only option left is to start over again...
