Are the costs for new spells reduced by 1/5 or are they still x1?
They dont seem reduced to 20% to me either tbh. More like reduced by 20% ?
They are reduced as annonced, tbc was another era compared to for example wotlk.
Normal speed 1/1 rates and skill costs and you still hade to wager what skills to not learn. The first few spells on standard prices goes to 1s at level 4. Then escaltes quickly.
TBC is a grind, its like a more tuned vanilla, but with a side order of more effective questing!
