Hello. When I try to buy 10 Coins I input everything and it says " Transaction wasn't completed". What is the problem ? A friend of mine tried to donate as well but he gets the same error.

I believe they use a second party that is located overseas so your credit card company might be blocking it. If your using a credit card... if not, I have no idea. Good Luck.
It's a Debit card. It worked with everything I ever bought online. Very annoying that it doesn't work here.
Debit card won't work needs to be a credit card or one of the other forms of payment
You can use a debit card... just have to call them. I bet they are blocking the transaction.
yup call your debit card holder and they will allow it. For Fraudulent cases.
How come it works with Steam , Origin and everything else then ?
Because Steam, Origin and possibly other more commonly known sites are trusted sources by Banks. A random website like Warmane is going to raise red flags for CC companies.Quote:

second make sure none of the entry fields have a | in it like when you are typing do this by clicking in the box and out of it onto the grey area just outside of the entry box after you have entered your details.
