So, i donnated 10 EUR to skip queue on Outland. The problem is that it said validification problem, it canceled, it took my money and here i am without premium stats and without money... such a good story. What do i do now? Cause the system took my payment and it didnt give me anything in return.
Same thing happend to me minutes ago i tried twice and took money twice ..... what kind of system is this...
Call/visit your card company for a refund.
I will wait a little longer for a response from Warmane, i got a mail saying that it was okay now, but i still didnt get any coin or the premium state to avoid the 9 hours queue
