I did a SM GY run and we cleared all bosses. Only the first guy dropped any items. The others including the rares and the caster boss dropped nothing at all.

I did a SM GY run and we cleared all bosses. Only the first guy dropped any items. The others including the rares and the caster boss dropped nothing at all.
Same problem today in RFD ( RFK was ok somehow)
no loot on bosses
just a bunch of blue BOEs from trash
the quest item from the last RFD boss did drop. just no other items.
pls how to fix it?
