Icecrown massive lagg

im playing pvp on icecrown and on blackrock and i gotta say the difference is HUGE, especially during rush hours.
on blackrock its working perfectly fine all the time but on icecrown, when its not rush hour and server is on its low population its - not too bad , its not good but u can handle it BUT during rush hour the pvp becomes increadibly unplayable and its not just me, its all my friends and when u randomly ask people next to you in elwynn / durotar every1 will agree.

So to my question, does the staff have any plans to enhance icecrowns server? or completely change the server its on?

please no "this is free blabla say thanks", i just want an answer if we can hope for a drastic change or not.
