Put a cap on horde players

Holy **** you can't go two inches or even do any of the important quests.

There's always a way....

Agreed, and also force every warrior to tank, every priest and druid to heal, and every hunter and rogue to reroll warriors. I mean HOW DARE PLAYERS PLAY HOW THEY WANT TO PLAY.
