How do I get one? I'm currently at level 79 but I've not got one and I've done all the quests in Northrend apart from dungeons I can do (Because of bugged quests), but I never once ran across a Death Knight relic..

Now forgive me here because i'm going off of complete memory from when WotLK was live. Relics or Sigils in the DK's case were fairly rare.
For pre-raid sigils you can do the Venture co. dailies for coins in the Grizzly hills. They have sigils for all 3 specs.
There are some available from pvp and also badges from when you're 80.
If you really want to hunt down the sigils for whatever spec you play I reallllly recommend you download Atlas Loot and look around boss to boss for what you need. Hope this helps.
