<Relax Bro We Got This> [A] Casual Raiding Guild from the old Lordaeron (2012)

Hello, thanks for reading, after a 5 year break and with much thought and serious considerations, we have decided to remake the guild, kinda like Warmane remaking Outland. We've all matured a bit more since then but miss the good old times of raiding together. Although now in our 30s and with more real -life priorities, logging on every night still remains as our favorite pastime.

This time around we do want to run it a bit differently and really adapt a "for guildies, by guildies" mindset where guildies, raid leaders and officers can all benefit. During our break we have joined (and left) different guilds which gave us many new ideas for raiding and guild management that we want to test out here. For example, we want to recognize the efforts of our raid leaders (5 years ago we were one of the guilds that was running three Icc10s or two Icc25s at the same time) having to deal with the frustration of organizing, progressing and definitely problem-solving raids, as such we will be taking a more systematic approach to raiding to accommodate gearing runs, progression, and boosting as per guildie needs while also creating value for those leading. Raiding, should be a fun activity, but it can also be very challenging and requires a lot of time and effort for a new guild to progress, so we also want to recognize the efforts of our raiders, who through thick and thin, will help us to get where we want to go. In the works, is the possibility of a sustainable rewards system where raiders have the option to trade DKP for coins. As the guild evolves, we will be able improve your raiding experience in a friendly environment.

We are looking for genuine raiders who are interested to explore these new possibilities with us as well as any ex-Relax from our guild before. To really enjoy the raiding experience we would suggest a GS of at least 5.5k, some raid experience will be even better.

Raid time is mainly +/- 17:00 (subject to people online, guild calendar)

@smartjew, The actual ratio will need to be tested for sustainability, but we would like to see no less than 1 coin per raid.

Within a week since forming, we have cleared ICC10N , we've also been very blessed with ex-guildies who remember us from 2012 Lordaeron and provided much needed roles in tanks and healing, with that done we now set our sights on Bane and RS10. Morale is high and we're moving forward. Still looking for more raiders to join our crew!
