Hi guys, just wanted to check on something.
So I hadn't played Molten (now Warmane I guess?) in a while. Previously donated a lot, life got busy, went away, came back again and all was gone etc. I wanted to know if it's possible to reclaim old lost coins? Or not? I fully understand however if it isn't though. Just trying my luck :)
Wanted to also ask if my contributor bonuses would still apply should I make more donations for coins? ie the coin percentage bonus?

After Warmane rose from the ashes of Molten, accounts had an option to recive the coins they had donated already and a compensation for the lost characters based on the date of registration, etc.
Now it has been a lot of time since it was available. I am sorry, you are some years late.
Maybe message an admin... But... :/

The same thing happened to me - I had gotten coins but was inactive at that time so I missed all of it + the instant 80 professions, etc.
When I came back in Summer 2016, I sent Malaco an inbox message about it if it's possible but got no answer. I guess it was possible if you were a bit late (offer ended late 2015) but not 2 years late.
