Donation problem

this is the message I get, when i'm trying to donate :) can anyone help.

I'm going to address my question in this topic too. How long does it take to get a code when donating via mobilephone?

I attempted to donate as well and I got the same problem.

Transaction wasn't complete.

Funds are not the issue on my side so not sure why I would get this error.
