x5 - icecrown, x1 - lordaeron ?

is this what the GMs are indirectly saying?

the x5 realm: -eventually- becoming what Warmane - Icecrown is? A PVP oriented pve server with items you can purchase?

and x1: -a lordaeron equivalent, a pve oriented server thats hardcore with buffs and no cash shop?

if NOT:

this screws everyone that WANTED a x1 server and was FORCED to go to the x5 server instead.

No one forced you to do anything. And yes, outland is tbcs icecrown and medivh lord, isn't that clear from their descriptions..?

They said they might release an x1 server if there is enough demand, you had all the info you needed.
