Character restore

Hi
Where can I restore my character? He is 62 level undead Mage named Jobs. I find no such service available in store so I made a ticket on website. Anyone help?

it seems they did not activated such feature yet

I can pay coins for resotration service but there is none option for that. Hope this service is on soon...
