Im stuck in group

Ok, i was in a group doing A-nerub HC. Tank leaves, then everybody leaves and i teleport out of the dungeon. Right after, a friend invites me and he gets the message "Hildorien (my character's name) is already in a group". When I invite him, i get the message in chat "is not in this instance". What can I do to fix this? I entered a batteground but when i finished i had still this problem, and the last 5 hours i cant enter rdf because "one or more members of the party are not eligible or connected".

Please help me, i literally can't do anything in game except solo stuff.

type this in chat: /script LeaveParty()

If it does not work open a ticket in-game, a GM will help you out
