Anyone experiencing this issue? Am currently honored with Sha'tar. But doing mechanar does not reward a single point of reputation in a full run?

Anyone experiencing this issue? Am currently honored with Sha'tar. But doing mechanar does not reward a single point of reputation in a full run?
Cause you dont get rep after honored by killing mobs into the instances. Same for cenarion in underbog and else, honor hall in hellfire... etc
