Qeustion on proq's

my qeustion:
when u get a "world breaker" (description below) proq and on that proq u get a "windfury weapon" (description below) proq
will u have the high crit rate for the complete attack or will the crit only apply to the initial attack


world breaker: Chance on hit: Increases the critical strike rating of your next attack made within 4 seconds by 900.
windfury weapon: Each hit has a 20% chance of dealing additional damage equal to two extra attacks with X extra attack power.

Windfury procs work as their own separate attacks, as far as I know.
